Purpose:
To help organize your day by segmenting your daily tasks according to the various roles that you have.
 Instructions
- Download and print the form by clicking on the download button above. The file is in Adobe PDF format. If you have the ability to print doubles-sided, please do so to save paper!
- Each page represents you daily appointments and tasks. At the top, you have space to write out the day and the date as well as any title that you want.
- In the appointments area, you can list any event that is time sensitive. You should not use this area to list any tasks.
- In the area below the appointments area, you will find two columns. The Life Category column is where you list the specific roles that you have in your life, such as father, manager, husband, etc. All of us have different roles based on our relationships and situations that we have in our lives.
- On the right side, you can list the various tasks that you have that are associated with that particular Life Category or role. So for example, if you have a task of picking up groceries, then that might fall under your "personal" category. If you have a report due for your boss, then that might go under your "professional" category.
- The way that you categorize your various roles is completely up to you. The key is being able to identify what your primary roles and associated responsiblities are so that you can be more effective in that particular role.
- A key of successful people is that they plan their next day in advance. Prepare a new form for the following day so that you have your agenda laid out for you.
